Fight FIT simulates a real UFC Championship fight with five five-minute rounds, utilizing various equipment such as grappling dummies and hanging bags. A basic class includes cardio calisthenics: punch, kick, knee, and elbow strikes; sprawls; grounded bags; pummeling the bags; break fall; bag work, and core strengthening exercises.
Daily Ultimate Training - When you show up for D.U.T classes, you can expect to work out for 60 minutes with a challenging and never boring sample of everything UFC GYM has to offer: cardio, functional training, MMA moves and strength training exercises.
