Refund Policy

Physical Products (Products Requiring Shipping)
We have a 15 day refund policy for physical products. Past that period we unfortunately can’t provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will then email you to notify of the approval or rejection of the refund. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment.

Digital Products (Redeemable Digital Vouchers)
Digital Products are non-refundable. If however, the amount you paid for a digital product is incorrect due to human error, GoAsAGroup will either cancel that product or the order and refund you the full amount that you paid, or refund the difference.

Return Shipping
Returning products should be sent to the below address. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
