Monday Kickboxing - Jan 7 - March 4, 2019 (Member)
Fitness Kickboxing is a great way to get fit in a non-combative, non-competitive environment. You will learn to punch, kick, and run through combos and intervals to build fitness. Most of all kickboxing is super fun! This class is good for beginners and advanced! Remember to bring clean indoor shoes, boxing gloves, a closed water container, and appropriate clothing.
